Hello, i have vinyl replacement windows from the previous owner. I have no idea what brand the windows are. I can not find labels anywhere. Both coil balancer coils have broken. I weighed the window and it is about 20 pounds.

Hello, if window weighs 22 pounds, and I need to replace 2 balances- do I buy 2 balances either that support a 22 pound sash, or do I buy 2 balances for the 11 pound sash ? (Because 2 X 11 =22). Thanks!
