I want to order 2 pieces from this window, the balance is # 2140 22 inch, and also I want the take-out clip

There is a marking that either says 6 or 9 on it, but not entirely sure. I purchased the 9 lb series 140 quick-tilt, but upon installation I found that it made the window very difficult to close.

THIS WAS ORIGINALLY INSTALLED IN 2002. THE CRANK HANDLE AND COVER ARE FINE. T'HE CRANK ITSELF MEASURES A LITTLE BIT MORE THAN 3" IN THE FRONT OF THE CRANK. THE WINDOW CURRENTLY OPENS TO THE RIGHT. PART 39-264 SEEMS TO MATCH THE CLOSEST WITH THE OTHER DIMENSIONS.

First two shots are the broken window, the third is a good window in the next room. Is that plastic peice replacable? Home was built in 1966

1/2 inch wide by 35 inches long. Double hung non tilt window that weighs 16lbs. The only numbers I can find are 3425 near the bottom and there are no examples that match.
