Hi My handle broke in two. on the door the only thing I see is novatech ste-julie 2005.

I need to replace all of my balancers. These two are from two different windows. They are the same length and width but notice the spring is loaded in a different position. One window is 47" and the other on 50". Based on measurements your recommendation is the 30" balancer. Please advice is this ma ... (cont.)

Hello, I've a window balancer I'm unable to identify the part# to re-order ( at least 4). I cannot locate the part# nor the coil stamp#. ARe you abel to help me identify? I've included a sticker information affixed to the window.

I need just the door lock keeper that has the active spring keeper. As you can see in one of the photos, the keeper has been damaged beyond repair. I do not know the name of the door manufacturer or the lock manufacturer

This white plastic sliding window anti lift 3/4 inch long plastic block prevents the from raising up and jumping out of the track. Can you identify and provide. The plug portion broke off. It plugs into a hole in the channel. Thank you for your assistance in finding this part.

Afte more inspection, the top coil says 406 J and then the bottom spring says 405 J and then the pivot bar. Also is there a cover that hold it in place available also?

Hello, I need to replace some window balancers on some 23 year old Viking windows. I've uploaded photos and the weight of the sash is 25 pounds. The Balancers are 27 inches metal to metal and 1/2 inch wide. The one end has the numbers 2690, BSI, NL, 29 on it.
