Where can I can you get these dust plugs made by Pella?

We have two casement windows that have deteriorating bulb weather stripping as noted in the pictures. The current bulb stripping is too brittle to obtain a decent sample to photograph. Look for 16 pieces pictured. They are at the top and bottom of each slider. They are plastic with a rubber backing that seals the track area of the sliders.

I'm looking for a replacement for an Acorn crank window handle. There are patent #s on the back: Canada patent # 45003 and 1979 date and US patent # 403326.4 (I think. The US # is worn and hard to read). Thanks for any help you can provide.

When engaged, this part projects a small tab of plastic into the path of a window preventing it from opening further. After heat and sun exposure, these break readily when the window operator opens the windows with the tab in the down position.

When replacing the 15-045 pivot shoes there is not a slot for the sash to go in it is closed so do I have to raise one end of the sash higher than the other to fit into the pivot shoe? Does this pivot shoe lock in place without the sash installed to aid with installation?
