Hello, one of the tracks for my closet sliding door has been damaged, and I'm looking to replace it. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a similar one at the local Home Depot. From metal to metal 16 inches. There are no visible stamps to help identify the window balance. Only a 180 value is molded on the plastic on the bottom of the balance.

I purchased a house with metal bifold closet doors. Some of them are missing the plastic end caps that attach to the metal pivot pins that ride in the bottom track. With the plastic caps, the door is quite quiet when opening or closing. Without them, they make a loud grinding sound? metal sliding ... (cont.)

It looks like your part #39-324 might be a replacement for my hardware shown in the photos. The two dimensions given in your photo match my piece, but is the width of the plate with the gear mechanism 5" like mine? Also, what about the screw hole pattern?

I need weather stripping for 20 year old M&W wooden windows for the top and bottom sash where they seal against the frame. A picture is attached. The bulb is about 0.350 inch in diameter, roughly. Do you have weather stripping for this window?
