There is a small black plastic piece that serves to pull the spring down when the window is lowered. It is mounted on the window (one on each side). Unfortunately, I don't know what it's called.

This is a part out of a garden window. It is a pressure lock on the left inside of the window. There is one on the right side also and has a crank at the bottom. As you can see the part in the picture is broken. Thank you for your help.

My hardware looks exactly like your series 795, except my hardware has a hook at the top instead of a circular hole. The length measures 27 inches and the width is 9/16 inch. Please help us identify our balances. The balance is 36" length, 1/2" width. Marking is 35HD53

Part #15-134 isn't completely matching up. The height is only around 1 and 7/8 inch.
