The balance spring is broken on my double hung window. It is on the RH side as viewed inside the home. I have attached an image of the part as well as information for the window. I request help identifying the proper replacement part.

I do not have the part numbers or dresser model. I only have these pictures and will need to replace a few of these slides. I am not sure if I will need the hardware on the bottom of the drawer but information on these items will be appreciated as well.
