Hello, my apartment has non-tilt Windows. The channel balances are 28 in Long and the ends are winged. My window is 15 to 17 lb. I have a plain Channel. I ordered for my condo in the past. Screw holes are 2" apart, width is 3/4", length is 2 7/8" mounts from the top and sets into the window. I dont see anything that matches on

the part rusted off. I could not find any markings etc.

I have Moss single hung windows and the attached pictures are of the type that does fit my windows that Moss sent me a couple of years back. Hi, Looking for an operator for this one that no longer works. The arms say Truth Entry Gard. The short curved arm is 3" The arm it attaches to heading left is 4-3/8" (No. 2810) The long arm is 9". (Entry Gard) A number listed on the top hinge was 30744 if that helps.

The screw in crank stripped and needs replacement but it appears you cannot replace only that mechanism. I need to know what part replaced this and if you have the same color.
