i bought the lock mechanism via swissco a few weeks ago based on measurement of door. i do not have a handle that works. the old handle is broken . old handle photo included latch was at next to bottom hole on door. i need a new handle. i checked the door (did not take it off tracks) and found no ma ... hello, I'd like to confirm the proper replacement parts for my 27 lb single hung windows. I also like to confirm the 15-045 pivot shoe is correct. I believe the balance could have been replaced with the wrong color tip. I believe I need the 35" S900.
