Hi, I found NO markings, so can inform you that these are surface-mounted (NOT a corner type). Total length is around 3 5/8-inch. Width is 7/8th inch. Center distance of screw holes is 2 9/16inch. I need a minimum of 20.

I want to identify the exact type to replace , it says 31C on the old one

Looking for the left and right plastic pieces that support and guide the channel balance at the top of the sash, and that are held by a screw to the window. Channel balance is 1/2" by 1/2" marked 2830. Metric measurements of part are in photos.
