The only numbers/letters I could find on the old parts are K3 12 31 1176 Bayport Minn. Anderson Corp. This window is 50+ years old. The glass height is 23 7/8 The glass width is 40 3/8.

Researched your online catalog for replacement coil--could not locate a replacement coil that has the "notch" type end shown in the photo. No markings noted on coil nor pivot shoe. No number of pounds marked on the coil. No information on brand of window. Single hung window sash is 17" high by 24 ... (cont.)

They have a 28D on three window balancers and 22D stamped on the washroom window I believe there's 2 on each window.
