Hi, our balances say 2810. It looks like the 28" series 390 channel balance should work, but I don't see 2810 listed. We weighed the sash and it's 11- lbs. would the 2710 work for us, or did we calculate it wrong?

The crank mechanism is broken. The window will crank out, but it just spins when I try to crank it back in.

Hello, we are attempting to replace our window channel balance on a 30lb non tilt window. It is a 1/2 inch width and 30 3/4 inches long. It has no stamping on it to indicate the series.

Hello, measurements for the part are 2 1/2" by 1/4" thickness and the part that fits in the spiral tit is 3/16" thickness x 1/4" width by 1/2" depth. They are made of plastic with two screw holes spaced 1 1/2" on center. I removed this part from a grove in the operating window. Where can I find this ... (cont.)

Looking for this part for old casement window.

This balance is 1/2" wide and 28" long. There is a "q 2740" stamped on it.

I have a slider door that doesn't have a key lock. The house was built in 2000. There were no numbers or names on my current handle but I'd like to replace it. I believe the door is a Milgard brand.
