Something is striped on each window I can manually open each window about 3 inches then the crank will work out and in but it won't crank it to close the final 3 inches.it looks I need a dual arm right and left.I hope your able to help

Had one of my channel balance brake it sprung to the top and the other is on the bottom and a plastic tab fell on and the cord is hanging out. Looking at it it has the following numbers printed on it 16-12 KH5 CMC 50

Several of my upper sashes are missing weatherstripping. Stuff I bought from Home Depot doesn't work because the tab that is inserted in the channel to hold in place is much too long. I am looking to replace the bottom gasket on 6 windows; 4 will require 43 inch pieces. 2 will require 33 inch pieces.

Windows are exterior crestline casement windows replaced anywhere in the mid 1990s to early 2000s. Weatherstrip has a foam bulb. Rough dimensions are 5/8" total length, 1/4" width (foam), base extension (insert) 1/4". If you need additional information. Please let me know
