I am looking for the arm that goes from the crank to the window. The brand name is Roto. I do not see any model numbers. If I can't get just the arm, I will take the crank and arm. The hinge system seems to be fine. I actually need four arms.

Hello! We had hail damage to the glazing beads on two patio doors. The mortise on my sliding glass door would work sometimes and actually locked in a closed position for awhile. Finally got it to open and now need to replace.
