We have a window that won't slide We assumed it was because the rollers were worn down but when we take the window out there are no rollers. Are these broken off is there any way to identify what pieces we need to repair them?

Hi, we have a sliding window that won't latch. It looks Like it does but when I slide the window it isn't locked. It appears to be 2 5/8" long and 3/4 inch deep. Window is made by Windsor and all hardware is truth It has a three point locking mechanism. Little plastic piece with tape measure is issue If you also have right side wood sash let me know . Mine cracked a little bit I ordered levers a month ago for this project from you if that helps ... (cont.)
