The gear appears to have broken so it no longer holds the actuator. Except for removing the wooden trim it was simple to remove. Especially with the actuator arm off. Four screws hold the crank mechanism in place. No markings and no clue as to the window manufacturer.

I am looking for this screen corner and bought 95-187 and it did not fit.

I have an American Craftsman garden awning window. The crank arm and pin needs to be replaced along with the locking mechanisms.

I need replacement snap in glazing. Here is a picture of what I have, you can match this? Thank you, Maria

Hello I'm looking to replace 4 of this Channel Balance.

The inside door lever nit longer latches. I attached a photo of the lever. I do not know if it is necessary to also replace the outside lever. I also attached that photo.

The first 3 pictures are for a 30 inch long trim piece that attaches into the top of interior window frame and acts as an insulator between the top of the window and the frame, it has felt material. We have a large Jeld-wen window at the front of our house and one of the mechanism that control the lock/slide function has broken off (the plastic sliding tabs have broken).
