Hello, Looking for 4 t-lock replacements, 4 tilt window latches. Hopefully you can provide recommendations.

NEED HELP: I do not see any markings or numbers on it. I do know that the windows are a P.G.T double pane, single hung, aluminum non-tilt window from the 90's. I have new balances for them but need these face guides. Can anyone help me with how to order some?

hello, I have several broken balances. The 1/4" fiberglass rod is breaking through the plastic cap at the top of the balance. The windows are JD weld. They can not supply the replacements.

The only #'s on it are 11600-3 , 11600-17 and 321 1M9 1135...the 1M9 might not be correct as it is worn...thanks

I am purchasing a balance coil to replace my old one. The options I have come in halfs, so I can pick 9.5 or 10.5. My current only only says 10. Which should I get? .5 less or more?
