I have single-hung/? Side mounted sash brackets that screw in from the side inwards. It seems I'd need to take the sash out of the frame to replace it. How should I do that?

The door is a Milguard (pretty sure), fiber glass. The trim is W shaped vs T shaped. The bubble tube thing is filled w foam. I also need the lower trim for the same door.
