I have a NEWPRO window that needs a couple pivot shoes. As you can see by the attached picture it shows one that the shoe is good and has the spiral balance assemble attend to it. Looking for replacement parts

I started having issues with one of the windows in my home staying open and then not wanting to close all the way. After looking into it, I realized the coil balance had broken on one side and others were bent, so was looking into replacement parts. Seems like this is not something I can just find ... (cont.)

The handle is broken

Hi, I'm a new homeowner and I want to replace the bottom track on the sliding door. It is quite damaged and hard to move. I have searched in multiple locations for the exact type of door or manufacturer and the only result code I get is: CIG 03 98 11.3.

I need to identify this pivot lock shoe. It is 1 1/4" wide 2" tall and 17/32" thick

The locking mechanism on this door is getting stuck in the lock position. It seems like it may be that the small square button is not getting depressed all the way which releases the locking mechanism.
