Looking for these rollers for a sliding window. They are offset.

There's no springy-ness left in the old pin/guide/roller thing that is mounted/screws in to the top of the door so the door falls out of the track. Looking for a replacement part to repair the door. Many thanks!

Hi, My brother just bought a house and several windows don't stay up. It looks like the coil is still ok but not connected to the shoe for these windows. Can you tell me how to reconnect them, and if not possible what needs replaced? Thank you! MIchelle

Hi All! I need help identifying this truth arm operator as it doesn't work anymore. The splined shaft (?) came out. When I turn the crank handle to the right, it just spins without doing anything. I think I need part 82-080. But I'd rather show you the broken part before I order. The screw hole gap is 4 15/16”. And the lock mechanism appears to be the same size.

I need to replace this box string support. Can't figure out which number on the box to replace it.

it's a channel window balancer 2210 is stamped on the side, it's 23" long with creame clolored plastic attachments on each end. There's a spring with pully and rope on the inside of it.
