There are 4 of the clips for each screen only the outside windows have a screen the total width of all three sindows is 69 1/2 and the height is 65" Each indvidual window is a little of 23" wide.

It's a 28 inch wide window and I need a new operator. On the arms it says Entryguard by Truth and the number 20755. The crank arm has 45054 on it.

Hello,I am looking for a replacement window pivot shoe that matches the one in the attached photo. The opening is key as it has an awkward opening where the window tilt latch fits in. The diminsions are 1/2 inch thick, 1-1/4 wide, 2 inch tall.

Hello. Both coil balances broke in my tilt window. The coil balance is 1/2" wide. Although hard to read, there is a stamp on one end which appears to be #10.0, which I believe is 10lbs. I believe the correct replacement is the Series 160 coil, 10lb version, but also saw the series 195 and 196 which ... (cont.)

I have a window from approximately 2000 where both the metal part of the pivot and the coil are broken. There does not appear to be a natural cut out to slide these out to get pictures.

the length is 28 7/8", lower window sash is 18 lbs, 3/8" diameter but the tube is white plastic and looks like the tip may be white and inside the tube when the spiral is closed. Looks white when fully extended. Can you help me identify what i need?
