Looking for a pivot lock show for my NEWPRO vinyl double double hung window. I'm attaching 2 pics. One is good and shows the spiral balance spring attached to pivot lock. The 2nd picture as you can see is broken so now there no way to attach the spiral balance spring to it as the plastic part where ... (cont.)

I am looking for a sash guide pin for an older CertainTeed window. I see some that look like it but they dont have the little tit on the bottom side. Sorry I dont have a pic of the good one removed. Original Windows house built in 1999. I measured the bottom of the pivot bar. It was 2-1/2 to the edge of the window. Also it has one screw on the bottom side and one screw on the side. I am seeking a replacement part.

Hello, I need replacements sash locks that look like these. The measurements I have are (approx.) .5"h x 3"w x .75"d, screw spacing is 2.25" on center. The back to screw center is about 3/8". It looks like 90-005 might be a good match, but not 100% sure. Please let me know if more pictures are need ... (cont.)
