This window does not stay up when open. We removed it and discovered the pivot lock shoes on the bottom window are broken or missing. Trying to identify the correct part in a bewildering array of choices! Please help... Marti

Trying to just replace the handle. The dimensions on the Legacy Keyed Handle that you have on the website look correct, but the dimensions of where the handle connects to the plate are missing.
