I have several silver line double hung windows that need these coil balancers replaced. There is a number 8 stamped on the bottom part and a number 7 stamped on the top of the part. Is this a part that you could identify and replace?

Just says made in USA 02/21/17

Hi,I have a Patent # on lock/door handle 4,671,089 Peechtree doors. The handle is too loose and the spring inside really old. If I can get new spring installed it will fix the door handle and it will lock. Any suggestions? Also does anyone who who still sells this type of doorknobs? Best,Ahmed ... (cont.)

The stamping on it says 2740 B.S.I

I need to order 10 channel balances and 20 sash guides. Please see pictures. The windows are single hung (they do not tilt) and the metal part of the channel is 30" (not the overall just the metal). There are no markings on the channel balance.

Back of the clip says 31 PAT'D P.X.IND

Can't find anything similar to this anywhere. This is what my sliding glass door lock hooks into.

When replacing a number of sashes throughout the house these parts crumbled on a few windows. I am looking to get replacements and want to be sure I am getting the correct parts. The windows are 30 years old possibly Anderson although no sure White w/ dimensions 2 5/8" long 5/8" wide 3/8 approx recess from end from dimension requested above Thank you for you help.

I am looking to replace two casement type operators, or at least the cover and handle. The only identifying mark i could locate was i believe to be a G-U with an arrow type symbol. They would be about 20yrs old. Thanks
