This shoe is broken on the bottom and will not hold the weight of the window. So I need to order the correct shoe. The measurements are 3 inches tall and 2-1/4 inches wide.

Hi, I need to replace four Atrium casement window lock mechanisms in the beige color. I'm wondering which ones I need. I think they're 700 series windows. Is that specifically an Atrium part, or pretty standard across brands. Thank you for your help! James

I have 20 windows that need both balance springs replaced. The only identifier numbers I could find are "30 B.S.I. OG".

This is a silverline crank window and there is a rivit that is broken and the handle that is broken I can seem to find the correct part. I have photos of the warranty stick to show the series and woundering if you an help source the parts.

This is a broken part that Window Pro replaced in 2019. Window Pro is no longer in busness. The same part (different window) is broken now. The handyman removed it to look for a replacement, but was unable to find one. The number "8" is inscribed on the side of the coil.
