I am looking to replace the weatherstripping on four doors. 92-1/4"T x 33-1/2" w. Do you have this weatherstripping? I can't find it at the 'Big Box' stores. The existing weatherstripping is rotten from years of the elements. We look forward to your reply.Keith

It seems like the appropriate nut, etc is missing or something is worn to attach the Susan bracket to the pivot point

I have a Hurd casement crank out window. The small stainless guide on the end of the bracket on the bottom of the window will not stay in the track. Hence the window can not be opened it comes right out of the track. Any suggestions?

We suspect that these original balances were too weak to work properly. All the houses in our development used the same identical window, except ours. I am looking for Andersen window glazing as shown in the attached image.

Please see the attached pictures. I cannot get the shoe out without breaking the metal post on that rest in the shoe. The picture above of the balance support has a number of H65 34/5M and the coil I think has a 10 with a J underneath. We believe the shoe is A1-87598.
