Please see the attached pictures. I cannot get the shoe out without breaking the metal post on that rest in the shoe. The picture above of the balance support has a number of H65 34/5M and the coil I think has a 10 with a J underneath. We believe the shoe is A1-87598.

I order last year from you. I believe it is a 3/4" offset, wheel is 7/8 ". I need to order qty 24. But I'm u able to find them on your site. Would you be so kind and assist me in my endeavors

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement piece for this black plastic piece that screws into the top of the channel of our window. It seems to be the piece that keeps the channel balance from going beyond the top of the window. Thank you! Vickie

Hi, Both drawer rail sockets have broken, but I can't find the part matching the dimensions and the whole pattern. The part number on it is 931.000.36. It is about 4 inches long. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks, Jun

Need replacement for this balancer. I don't think they are the original Milgard balancers. Metal channel is 27" long and the plastic ends are as in the photos. The window sash weighs ~19 pounds. Please advise. Thanks.

We have a Perma Door Steelcraft, front door that is in good condition but the gray plastic cap that covered the 36" threshold has cracked and the edge has come off in places which makes the door stick. I have a 31" channel balance that I need to replace. I believe that it would be one of your Series 390 balances (S390-31). It has a 1 1/8" width bottom shoe. I am looking for 5 sets of casement window hinges. The numbers on these hinges as shown are 30905 and 30744. My house is 30 years old so I am assuming that is the age of this hardware. Thank you very much for your help.
