If you can determine which balancer is needed to match the letters and numbers in the photo, I would like to order two.

I think this matches Product Code: 82-265. The only markings on the door that I could find is the gold label in the photos. I don't know the manufacturer name, but it was bought from Lowes in 2013. Just wanted to verify before ordering. Thank you.

My door handle quit. I ordered a new one. They sent me a new latch, the # on it is 18 LP. The # on my old one is FJ. I made it work, when I got to installing the handle the rod that goes through the latch had 5 sides. The new latch only 4 sides. I need a new latch with # (FJ). Please help ... (cont.)
