reliabilt replacement #0219942

I have attached pictures of the tilt latches and spring assemblies for a window i have. I also attached picture of the id tag from the window as well. I need 2 latches, springs and the plastic holder for both sides as well as the pieces the springs attach to at the bottom. Also need pieces to go on ... (cont.)

It goes on the side of the sliding glass door at the bottom and kind of looks like a little brush to keep the tracks clean

This locking mechanism on my sliding door is no longer latching, I think this door was shut with the lock engaged a few too many times. I'm having trouble figuring out which parts to buy to make this swap - any advice would be appreciated.

Do you have a bubble seal that could replace the gasket on the Truth Hardware crank windows. It looks like 25ft Bubble Seal, 3/16" x 11/32" Product Code: 58-135 matches the best in terms of measurements (mine is 5/16" diameter and the widest part of the "t" is 3/16").
