This anchor or bracket has a notch broken from the edge that causes it to fail in doing it's job. The number on it is HL-2738 Does it have a name, can I find a replacement?

The dead bolt lock is broken on this fixture. The handle and lock is on a comfort built french door and looking at the doors from inside the house it is on the left hand door which opens out instead of in.
