Hope you can help me. Very old single pane aluminum hopper window. There is a latch that when you open the window it slips into this bracket so it doesn't fall all the way down. Jamb has a little nub that slides into the opening. About 35-45 years old.

Our windows are original installs from 20 years ago. Several of them open with misaligned and one or both of the channels don't seem to be engaged. Please see photos. Not all the windows are the same size. This is just one of the channels. Thanks.

Looking for replacement window screens for NAMI windows. Screen is 31 1/2" wide, and 63 3/4 long. Frame is white aluminum and is 3/8" thick, and 7/8" wide. There is a center bar, and it has 4 swing clips approx 6" from top and bottom.

I believe this is a S385 series balance. The metal frame measures 27 inches long not including the nylon inserts. I am not sure what option to order and I can't find any other markings. The window weighs approximately 27 pounds.

What is the size of the bore hole for the 39-375? Is it 11/32" or 3/8". I bought what you recommended (39-107FK) but the bore hole is too small. I need to replace a folding crank with stamp of C 1080-3A. Thanks very much

Jeld-wen window, channel is 30 3/4", stamp is 30 4. I need 2 of them.

On a 23" Atrium window

Length 31 1/2 inches.stamp is 31 9, Milgard windows manufactured 2006, need 6 balances.
