Not sure what is the correct name of this. It slides up/down to the lock window.

Need something compatible with this. These were installed when assembled.

I hope these pictures can identify a balancer for my windows

We have several Anderson windows that have broken strings on the balancers. Last time I purchased these the vendor needed the numbers on the window glass and a dimension on the windows. The top measures 36" X 27" and the bottom measures 36" X 39.5". The numbers on the glass are HP-C6-84S and GC ... (cont.)

This off white door glazing goes to a 72" sliding glass door which was installed in the 1960's Have been told they don't make this glazing anymore, which seems to be true as we can't find it anywhere. Attached find pictures of the " locking" mechanism that seems to be out of sync. When the window is closed the "hooks" should pull the window in to lock it, instead they are holding the window out .

Our commercial dbl front doors has one broken pivot and the other bottom door is bad also, I'd like to replace all 4 pivots. The numbers on the yellow post-it are roughly the dimensions of pivots in use now. Please let me know if you have these parts available thank you
