Hi there, I am wondering how you measure the depth of the shoe of the balance. I think for 351 it says the depth of the shoe is 1 and 1/8 inch, but I am not sure where you are measuring---can you please let me know? The pin that attaches the handle onto the window crank has fallen out on 3 of my casement windows. I need to order 2 left handles and 1 right but can't figure out what style they are. can you help?

I did not remove the handle since the outside is badly cracking - I don't want to risk not being able to reinstall it.

I'm not sure which to buy, I need L & R for my Pella Windows. The windows are around 20-25 years old. I'm getting a top plate of 2 5/8" x 11/16". It measures down 7/16" on the side.
