Hello, I'm trying to replace the balances on 16 windows but want to make sure I order the correct ones - there are no markings on the existing ones and the plastic closest to the hook is difficult to make sure its a correct match from the picture online. Windows are aluminum non tilt, 1/2" balances. ... (cont.)

These are new windows in an old home that was recently purchased. The top portion of the window does not want to stay closed and will fall. I'm not sure is the sash is the correct size. They say 28 and 30 on the bottom pieces. Pictures are attached.

I am looking for a re placement lock for a right crank out window. the crank works fine but the up and down lock handle broke off. The window is stuck closed .

Looking for lock for sunroom door. attached are images of lock I purchased afew years ago. The lock is no longer available. Our door is 1.75 thick and the lock has a 1.5 inch backset. Also attached images of our door.

Have no idea who made the windows. Customer is looking to see if we can replace these or do the windows need to be placed. 22" ones have been replaced before with 21"
