I am in need of channel balancers for my windows. They are Caldwell # 26 4 JO. The metal portion of the balancer is 26.875". Probably round up to 27". These windows are Northwest window co. out of Spokane, circa 1996. Which I believe are a subsidy of Jeld Wen. They are also 1/2" wide x 1/2" high. Th ... (cont.)

I have a 1985 single wide with a 8x32 swing out bathroom window. It needs new strip seal on the top where the window hinges and bottom where the window meets the sash. It is an aluminum framed window. I don't have pics of the old seal due to they are mostly missing and what is left is mostly broken ... (cont.)

This is for an Andersen 200 Series double sash window. The upper sash cord brackets that attach to the frame are broken. Can you assist with replacement part?

Medal clip keeps slipping off control arm pin. We keep putting clip on and it keeps falling off every time open window. Do we need new part or is there another way to fix?
