The old broken one says on it Made in Italy. The spring top plunger no longer pushes out all of the way and so the horizontal handle now hangs down a bit. The brand patio door is made by PGT. The lock on the door controls a double vertical cylinder. The doors are from 2007. Inside of the door lock knob, there is the letters SA and a numbers 2. It's a one sided locking mechanism with no exterior key.

Hello, I am having trouble finding replacement operators for casement windows. I have a single arm operator that is about 9 3/4 inches long from center of pin to center of operator housing. Half inch wide, 28 inch long non tilt channel balances. Found in viking windows so they're probably very old. I believe it has a roller on the bottom as you describe, but please check the picture to verify. Stamped with "2460 BSI OB".

I have double hung sash windows. I think I need to replace 4 balancers in the entire widow. Diameter of metal rod is 4/16ths. The spring is 9 2/16ths inches long. The spring is hooked to a piece of plastic and there is also a string.
