My handles have come off and the gears are spinning out when trying to close. I will actually need a few of these. Also wondering if you guys have screen assemblies? There are a couple windows that do not even have the frames thank you for your help.

Apparently we didn't check for the functionality of one of the basement windows after taking possession of brand new house and after 3 years we discovered these part are broken.
