Need assistance with identification of balances in PGT windows.

My main issue is that the left balance has disconnected from the sash because of a tear in the sash catching on the metal clip of the balance's cord. Over time, the window would catch and become difficult to close, until I e day, it was forced closed, snapping the metal clip off of the balance. When ... (cont.)

Our house was built in 1979, I think the windows are Anderson, this is a picture of the sash pivot, the part on the bottom that slides into the window track is broken on some of the windows. is the small plastic slide that exists on the top and bottom of the window replaceable? the slide slips into a groove that moves with the widow movement. Mine broke when reinstalling window. Slide is simialr to seen on your video at time 1:06

I believe these are Window Tech windows. The gasket kerf fin is 3/16" wide. Overall gasket width is 11/16"
