Hello, I'm trying to replace broken window balances stamped 31C KM5 CMC 5. Everything I've seen has hooks or wings, These have plastic and metal posts, which hook onto plastic brackets screwed into the window frame at the top. Can I purchase the entire balancer housing with the balancer tubes. As mind have all broken or torn through the plastic housing because of the stress of the spring and baking in the sun over the past 30 years. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have a cole Sewell storm door from 1987-1988. The handle and lock assembly is broken. The manufacturer number as found on the door is 04100094864?0034. Is there a replacement part available anywhere for it. The door is fine Thanks , Bob

Length is 20.5", stamp says "20 4", I believe windows are Milgard from early 90's. I need a dozen balances unless there is a volume discount for which I would be willing to order up to 20.
