Which sash guide is compatible with the 18" S380 Series 1/2" Channel Balancer, Option 1710?

I am looking for parts for the left side as you look out the window as well as a how to replace / repair guide. Hoping you can help. Please do not hesitate to contact me if any more information.

It is 1/2 inch, Non Tilted Window and the pictures are attached for top bottom and full window balance. Can you help us identify the part #. There is 2430 written on the balance and not sure what it means.

Hello I'm trying to find parts for my parents shower door from the 80s. Trying to find nylon wheels, including some type of plastic clip that goes on the side of the bottom, shower door to stabilize the door it rubs when closing

Please help me find this lock. I have been to all of the hardware stores in my area and they have never seen this lock before. The lock is from an old vinyl window in my rental property. See the photos I included.

I have several silver line double hung windows that need these coil balancers replaced. There is a number 8 stamped on the bottom part and a number 7 stamped on the top of the part. Is this a part that you could identify and replace?

Hi,I have a Patent # on lock/door handle 4,671,089 Peechtree doors. The handle is too loose and the spring inside really old. If I can get new spring installed it will fix the door handle and it will lock. Any suggestions? Also does anyone who who still sells this type of doorknobs? Best,Ahmed ... (cont.)

The stamping on it says 2740 B.S.I

I need to order 10 channel balances and 20 sash guides. Please see pictures. The windows are single hung (they do not tilt) and the metal part of the channel is 30" (not the overall just the metal). There are no markings on the channel balance.
