I purchased your 55-301 and after I installed it there is a 1/4" gap between the glass and the glazing. I based my purchase on the dimensions that were on the 301. You have any suggestions. Thanks

I can't seem to find a replacement for the broken door guide.

Windows that slides up and down weigh 22 pounds, spring has a 9 stamped on it. Two assemblies per window. Need a total of 8

I am looking for a bunch of these button (nubs) for our windows. They seem to break or disappear and it makes opening the windows for cleaning difficult when they are missing. Any way to get a part number or order these?

I have a replacement (double-hung - tilt in) window (36"x42") that has defective pivot shoes and could that need replaced that are (1.5" x 2.5") in size. The existing springs have no stamp on them as they're too old. The wondow sash weighs between 28 - 31 pounds. please provide any support if poss ... (cont.)
