Hi, I am trying to replace a part in my screen and was told it's a Pella 70-218 knife latch. It's the tan housing around the latch that broke. 1st photo is the broken one and the 2nd photo is the working one. Do uou carry replacement part/parts? Thank you

I need a pair replacement balance for an Alpine window. I an not sure if it's an s380. I measured the depth of the shoe at 1 inch. Meta part length is 27 inches. The width of the metal part is about 1/2 inch on both sides.

I need to replace some simonton window springs/balance assembly. I need hardware for 2 upper sashes on both side of the sash. So a total of 4 assemblies.

Need to replace these balancers but don't know who they are from. I see you have one piece shoes for bottom connection. I need to one window now maybe 9 down the road. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks David

I'm having trouble with window staying up. I think this is a part you manufacture. As you can see the coil is totally inoperable. Can you identify this as one I can order from you

Marking on the back appears to be '1 - 8162 - 1'. This is for the same window type, brand, model for which the recently purchased balancers were used. Would appreciate a quick ID of this item so I can finally finish up this window refresh project.

I spoke with one of your agents today and they requested I send photos of the parts needing replacement. The slides have the smaller inner part that hase four ball bearings.
