Hear are five photos to help you identify the Jeld Wen balancers for my single hung windows . The number on the existing balancers is 22-5 BF5 45 CMC and measures approximately 1/2” wide.

Looking for 2 replacement rollers.

I have Peachtree double hung windows from around 2005 that will not stay open. I think the problem is the cam piece on the side of the window.
