During my attempt to clean the windows I tilted them out to far and all of the plastic components broke. I have all the the metal rollers. They are not needed. I believe this is a "W W" on the handle and latches of the windows. I need replacement plastic rollers for 6 windows @ 4 each total of 24. The metal pins are in great shape, just need the rollers.

Client has double hung windows with deteriorating weather stripping. I cannot find a manufacturer label on the windows and her husband has passed away.

The first gear that turns after the crank seems to lift up when the window is being cranked out. This prevents it from opening. Need upper arm for casement window. Took following photos of arm from exact window in different location. We have the lower arm assembly for the window needing repaired; upper or top of pane is missing the arm. Window nearly falls out when pane is cranked open.
