I need both right and left coil balances for a set of 4 identical windows. Window tag included. I also need a single tilt latch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am quite capable of replacing just need the correct parts.

I was trying to clean the exterior of my lower double hung window and it fell to the floor and broke what looks like the Certain Teed Pivot Shoe on the right side so the window does not slide as it should. Looking to identify and purchase several of these tilt window balancers. They have the number 368 60 on the casing with a hook on the top to go into the window casing. Do you have a product like this?

I ordered 15-045 Pivot Shoe ,3/8 Thick but the part where the window hooks in is to small compared to the one in pictures.

This tilt out 3 season window has worn glide parts on a few of the windows. It holds the window in the frame. Can you help me find what I need. Thank you.

Caen't determine bottom depth due to wear. It's either a 380 or 385 depending on depth. Any help is appriciated. Measured depth is ~ 0.900 inches. Eric

One of the hooks are broke This one looks like it will work. Total measurement is 11 and five eights with 11 inch center screws I could probably use the old handles that I would like to send you pictures of both. Thank you very much.

I work in window parts all day and I have not seen these guides before now. They have a metal insert almost like a screen clip on the inside. One sample appears to be curved and the other not. They could be a retrofit type situation? Any ideas? Thanks.
