Where can I get the screen for this size window. We just bought a house and 2 of the windows with this label do not have screens/frame. Where can this be ordered?

Can you provide me your part number for the correct replacement channel balance I need based on the attached pictures I provided? I'm assuming its a 34" since it's stamped with 33 3.

28 inches long (metal part only) 1 3/32 winged shoe non winged top What do I order? Seems Like a Series 385 series bottom shoe (15004) but the top is not winged Pretty sure it is 2740 strength. Please help
