The tabs that the wheel attaches onto are broken on both sides and I need the corner replacements with wheels. What do you recommend?

I am looking for help purchasing the correct balancers for my Anderson double hung windows. The visible glass dimension is 28 7/16" x 20" of one sash. The numbers on the existing balancer is 11600-17 and D84 7 # 27 6-87

The seal appears to have a bubble on the exterior side of the door. Not sure how it is in place as I did not want to take off the door from the frame. Could be with screws or just adhesive. Thanks for your help
