I need a new latch assembly for right side of Sears Storm Door.

We have 4ea 20 15/16" x 56 1/16" Casement windows assigned as egress. However, the hinges provided with the window limit the emergency egress by 3". Please advise a hinge replacement to allow the window to open 20".
