I'm need to replace the weatherstriping on a Milgard casement window because it is not sticking to the window and when you close the window it is sticking out. Do you know what kind this is and where I can purchase more? Window is 26" x 50".

Hi, The window in the attachment has old coiled spring balances that are needing to be replaced. It is a non-tilt window and there are no identifiers on the balances at all. My understanding is that this type of balance is no longer available and that I should/need to replace them with spiral balan ... (cont.)

We are in need of the S795-32 balance with a hook as opposed to the screw fastener.

I have not been able to find this hinge anywhere. The only identifying mark is "4031". I suspect it was once made by Amarock as they sell similar-looking hardware but nothing quite like this.

Just spoke with a Swisscom rep. And they suggested I email the black part on the track for replacement on these casement windows. Anderson does not keep these parts in stock. Trying to fix my windows..I need to find the right part. These windows installed in 2007. The shoe is 3/4 in high and 7/8 in wide.

One working. The other missing a part and locked into place. The circled part is the piece that is missing. This knob screws into a part that is floating inside. Even with the part, I would need directions as to assemble it and make it functional.
