Handle stripped and gear seems to be damaged

Windows are likely mid-90's custom. Unknown window maker. The numbers on the metal arms look like R308 on one and 20810 (smaller numbers) on another small metal arm. I need right and left hard work for window awning

I need a cover and handle for the window opener. please suggest product

The window will fully open but will not close the last approximately 1 inch. The handle rotates attempting to fully close but doesn't work. I also don't see how the operator is removed. This is a Pozzi casement window.

This piece detaches from the casement opperator everytime we try to close the window. Is there a way to get it to stay or do I need a replacement part?

The drive shaft is missing, that is the issue. Can I get just that? The short arm is about 3.75 inches. The short arm operates independent of the long arm. Short arm says 20755. Long arm says 30470 L.H.

Hi I need a replacement for this mechanism. The black plastic part at the bottom of the window, that rides in the slide, is broken and a couple of the pivot point clips fall off easily. Please recommend parts to buy. I have left and a right hand.
