This window in my living room will only open, but will not close in order to close it. I have to have someone outside and push it while I crank to close it. Can you please help me out?

To whom this may concern, I have a truth EntryGard casement window operator that has failed. There are some numbers on the operator but I haven't been able to find an exact match online. Hello, I am looking to replace 2 window crank mechanisms. One that opens to the left and one that opens to the right. The long arm measures about 10.5 inches from the end to center of the crank. The short arm measures about 3.75 inches. Thanks for your help! Mark

hardware is truth entry gard. these windows are 1994 vintage and i am told they are posey brand windows. the window has been used hard, blown open in past wind storms and do not operate well. hinge plates and arms have been bent. i dont know if operator requires replacement but feel like i shoul ... I have older Truth Series 11 operators (close to your 39.348 item) and would like to update them. It looks like the Encore operator will fit with new mounting holes and a new track. Semco Window was installed in 2002. Crank is on the right side when looking out. Appears to have a single straight arm about 9 inches long. Actual part has "Truth" name on the arm. Also need a white or beige crank handle.

The arm measures about 9 inches. The house was built in 1960 and I assuming they are original windows. I am not sure of the brand of window as I didn't see any identifiers on it.

I have four (4) covers that have broken and a couple repaired but still not right. I need to buy new covers.
