We have two windows that have window cranks that appear to be striped and therefore the window does not close tight. Hello, I'm looking for a whit window crank replacement. I'm not sure what brand of window I have, but the crank says made in the USA and the crank brand says Truth. Any help finding a replacement crank is greatly appreciated.

I have a customer with 1989-90 Pozzi casement windows using Truth Dual Arm operators. The operator covers match your 39-107 bronze covers. Can your 39-107FK replace that without any modifications to the wood sill stop. Customer would prefer that to your T handle.

I purchased 39-114L and 39-107 because I wanted to change my hardware colors to white. My contractor prefers a handle with a set screw. Can we use 39-114 instead? Will this handle work with the operator cover I have selected? Is this the correct operator cover for my operator?
