The operator covers (for casement windows) I am looking to replace says "Crestline" over where the handles attach and they measure the same as your Product Code: 39-107 Truth hardware. I have 9 screw gears that are stripped, it will only open the window but not pull the window back in. I have 6 plastic covers that are broken or missing. I need 3 handles because they are missing from the Windows.

I took one out and measured both arms: small arm center of pin to center of screwhole 3 1/14" small arm end to end 3 13/16" big arm center of pin to center of roller 8 7/8" big arm end to end 9 9/16" hope this will do it. Vetter casement window, about 22 years old, numbers on parts are 20610 31272,31538. Any thought on a suitable replacement? The long arm is 10 3/4" and the short one is 4 7/16. So it looks like 39-031. Thanks!
