I have an old crank window that broke. I am hoping to source the needed parts to fix this myself instead of having to purchase a new window. I am unsure of the make and model of the window but have attached pictures. Thanks in advance for your help! Best, Matt

Vetter casement window, about 22 years old, numbers on parts are 20610 31272,31538. Any thought on a suitable replacement? The long arm is 10 3/4" and the short one is 4 7/16. So it looks like 39-031. Thanks!

I need the screw part of the crank for a casement window. The window is on the right from inside, but there is an L on the right arm of the mechanism. We have two windows that have window cranks that appear to be striped and therefore the window does not close tight. Hello, I'm looking for a whit window crank replacement. I'm not sure what brand of window I have, but the crank says made in the USA and the crank brand says Truth. Any help finding a replacement crank is greatly appreciated.
