Has the following on top of carrier: Truth, Entry Guard 20755 Window sash is 18 1/2 inches. Photo is of window opening to left from inside, but I need one opening to right. That one is inaccessible for photos until I get ready to replace.

EntryGard mounting bracket 40254 and gear assembly 30471 short articulating arm 20544 and 30637 long articulating arm 30472 R.H.

Toothed sprocket has that number - no others located

Is the crank handle (39-114L) match the Traditional Window Operator with a 13 1/2" arm? I just want make sure I order the correct one. The handle on the old operator had a set screw which I had to drill out to get it off. I don't see a set screw on this handle. What holds it on?

Help can't seem to find this casement window crank. Thanks

I am missing the operator handle for an Eagle window. It appears to be 5/16 " . I thought I should check with you to be sure which Anderson part will suffice since it is an older window.

We have two casement windows in a bay window. Both cranks are broken. One handle is striped and the other is striped and has fallen out of the window. Hi, Both cranks on the window are broken and need replaced. When I contacted United Window they told me that they no longer make this window. They suggested that I contact you for replacement parts.

Need to replace some Craftline window cranks and arms in a 30 year old condo, can you help?

Is your item 39-139/8 comes w handle? made by Truth HW? My lever is 9" long. Apparently no longer available, so I shall have to use the 9.5" I am trying to get the retaining nut-like part that embraces the warm gear under the handle. It gets loose and the warm gear comes out with it ... (cont.)

My mom thinks these are Crestline windows installed in new construction in 1994, little thin retaining ring, a bushing & a locking ring for the cover perhaps She tried closing the window and the crankscrew backed all the way out of the mechanism and popped the case off.
